The Calgary Flames conclude their 3 game road trip as they visit the Montreal Canadiens tonight at Bell Centre.
The Flames are coming off a 5-4 Overtime loss in Toronto on Saturday night. The Canadiens are off a 4-2 home loss to the Los Angeles Kings, also on Saturday night.Calgary does not score much on the road as they average only 2.3 goals per game.
They are susceptible to allowing goals however as they average 3.1 goals against per game. The Canadiens are averaging 3 goals per game at home this season and they are allowing 3.9 goals per game at home this season, which is 2nd most in the league.
Tonight’s likely goalies are Jacob Markstrom for the Flames and Jake Allen for the Canadiens. Markstrom has had a tough start to the season as he has a .891 save percentage, Allen hasn’t been much better as he has a save percentage of .896.
These two teams met 11 days ago in Calgary, which resulted in a 2-1 Montreal win.
I do think we see some more goals this time around and I’ll go with the Over 6 at a short price, so I'll take their Flames at Canadiens Over 6 (-105) with BetMGM and I'm not thinking twice about it.
