Jets vs. Blues Best Bets

PICK: Jets vs. Blues Over 6 (-120)

The struggling St. Louis Blues return home to face the Winnipeg Jets tonight at Enterprise Center.

St. Louis is off a 7-4 win on Long Island but despite that win, they have lost 6 of their last 8 games. The Blues are scoring goals as they are averaging 3.04 goals per game this season, 3.27 at home, but they have not gotten good goaltending at all.

The Blues are allowing 3.85 goals per game overall and 3.82 goals per game at home. St. Louis has a team save percentage of .884 and are probably regretting letting Ville Husso go in the offseason.

The Blues also have the 2nd worst home Penalty Kill, at 65% but their home Power Play has been very effective, at 33%.The Winnipeg Jets have been a surprise team this season under new coach Rick Bowness, who has them playing sound defensive hockey.

The Jets are averaging 3.29 goals per game, 3.18 on the road, and they are allowing 2.54, but on the road that number goes up to 3.36. Winnipeg's road Penalty Kill is middle of the pack at 77% and their road Power Play is 18%, which is in the bottom half of the league.

Both of these teams have been lighting the lamp recently as the Blues have scored 23 goals over their last 6 games and the Jets have scored 28 goals over their last 6 games.

I like those trends to continue tonight and I will take the Over 6 as both teams should put up goals, so bet Jets vs. Blues Over 6 (-120BetMGM.
