Cubs vs. White Sox

Last night was beyond crazy when these two opened up their weekend series with the Cubs taking a 6-0 lead, only to be reeled back and spanked by their crosstown rivals in the White Sox. The game ended with 30 runs in total after the Cubbies managed to get a few back once the game was over, but ultimately the 17 runs the White Sox were able to score might just be a sign of things to come for the rest of the weekend.
Tonight, the impenetrable Lance Lynn will be on the mound for the sox, taking on Alec Mills who has a 6.75 ERA in his last three starts. With the traditional run line not bearing the type of value we'd like to see, we're taking an extra run to boost up the odds.

Giants vs. Braves

Kevin Gausman picked up a rare loss in Atlanta last night, and so indeed did the Giants who narrowly fell in their series opener against the Braves. Tonight our data projections have things getting a little more on track with two starting pitchers in Logan Webb and Huascar Ynoa who have been mostly economical this season with sub-3 ERAs.
