MLB player prop Sweet Spot bets laucnhed Tuesday April 21.
Dimers' Sweet Spot betting tool is now available for MLB player props.

Big news for the 2026 baseball season! While Dimers Pro subscribers have long utilized our "Sweet Spot" signals to crush NBA, NHL, and NFL markets, Tuesday, April 21 marked a major milestone: The Sweet Spot has officially arrived for MLB prop bets.

This debut follows the successful rollout of our new and improved MLB props model for the 2026 season. We’ve rebuilt our baseball props engine from the ground up to provide more precision than ever before, and the data is already speaking for itself - going 4-2 from six identified bets on launch day, three of which were at plus-money.

The Sweet Spot identifies specific edge ranges where our historical data shows a proven, long-term ROI. Out of 65 MLB player props identified by Dimers Pro on Tuesday, April 21, only a select few hit this high-confidence "Sweet Spot" threshold.

Below, we gave you a free look at all six of the Sweet Spot plays identiefied on launch day, with four going on to cash, and three at plus-money odds.

To unlock unlimited access to every Sweet Spot bet across all sports, you’ll need a Dimers Pro subscription.

Six free Sweet Spot bets from April 21

Luis Castillo: Under 5.5 Hits Allowed (-147) ✅

Matchup: Athletics vs. Mariners (9:40pm ET)

Our model is leaning heavily on Castillo’s command tonight. This play falls into a Sweet Spot range for Hits Allowed that has historically returned a 16.0% profit across bets in the same edge range. With a 62.3% probability of hitting the Under, the 2.8% edge triggers the Sweet Spot signal, making this one of the most mathematically sound MLB prop bets on the late-night slate.

Jesus Luzardo: Under 17.5 Outs Recorded (+118) ✅

Matchup: Phillies vs. Cubs (7:40pm ET)

Fading a starter to reach the 6th inning is often a sweat, but the data supports it here. Outs Recorded bets in this specific edge range have returned a 7.8% profit over 81 similar tracked bets. With a 7.0% edge—the highest on this list—our model suggests Luzardo may exit earlier than the books expect against a disciplined Cubs lineup.

Nolan McLean: Under 17.5 Outs Recorded (+118)

Matchup: Twins vs. Mets (7:10pm ET)

Nolan McLean finds himself in the crosshairs of our new 2026 model tonight. Similar to the Luzardo prop, this Under on Outs Recorded also carries an edge in the profitable range. We’ve calculated a 52.6% probability that McLean fails to record 18 outs, providing a strong 6.8% edge for bettors.

Nolan McLean: Over 4.5 Hits Allowed (+124) ✅

Matchup: Twins vs. Mets (7:10pm ET)

This is a "correlated fade" identified by the Sweet Spot signal. Not only do we like McLean to go Under his outs, but we also like him to give up hits in the process. This prop also falls into that high-performing 16.0% profit category for Hits Allowed. At +124, you're getting excellent value and a 2.5% edge.

Merrill Kelly: Over 5.5 Hits Allowed (+107) ✅

Matchup: White Sox vs. D-Backs (9:40pm ET)

While Kelly is a rotation stalwart, the "Sweet Spot" signal is flashing for the Over here. Hits Allowed props in this edge range have a proven track record of a 16.0% return. Despite the White Sox's struggles, the model sees a 50.9% chance of Kelly surrendering at least six hits, offering a 2.5% edge at plus-money odds.

Kazuma Okamoto: To Get an RBI (+204)

Matchup: Blue Jays vs. Angels (9:38pm ET)

For those looking for a bigger payout among MLB props today, Okamoto is the play. RBI bets hitting this Sweet Spot threshold have returned a 14.6% profit across 86 previous instances. While the probability sits at 36.0%, the +204 odds create a 3.1% edge that is too significant for our model to ignore.

These six bets were just the tip of the iceberg. Each day there are dozens of MLB prop bets on Dimers Pro, as identified by our model, but only a certain few get categorized within the "Sweet Spot" range of proven ROI.
