The A's vs. Orioles game lands in one of our "Sweet Spots" for MLB game lines today.

The latest addition to Dimers' MLB betting tools continues to deliver, identifying positive season-long ROI in every market that's turned a profit so far this baseball season, from pitching and hitting props to game line markets such as totals and run lines, recently hitting 4 of 7 Sweet Spot bets on Friday's slate, including three plus-money winners.

Between both player props and game lines, the recently launched MLB Sweet Spot signal is designed to show you precisely which markets are returning a profit alongside daily updates based on previous results, unlocking a whole new level of sportsbetting with one purpose: to help you bet smarter and beat the sportsbooks.

Another addition to our already improved MLB props model for the 2026 season, Dimers Pro users now have yet another advantage when it comes to betting on baseball.

Today's best MLB bets - Saturday, May 9

These MLB player props and best MLB bets span more than 10 individual betting markets, including batter props, pitcher outs, moneylines and more, with 7 individual markets currently returning a positive season-long ROI, ranging from single-digit ROI to over 50% ROI depending on the market.

A handful of Sweet Spot bets appear for Dimers Pros today, primarily in the props, and we're breaking down each successful market below to show you precisely where the Dimers model is the most dialed in, broken down into three categories: MLB game lines, pitcher props and hitter props.

MLB betting: Game lines

There are three game line markets for MLB betting on Dimers, and we are seeing an early positive return in all three of them when our bets land in the "Sweet Spot" edge range.

Two of those are featured today.

MLB Totals are returning 7.8% ROI over our largest sample size of 193 bets with a 5-7% edge, an increase of 1.8% since Wednesday. This market is the definition of slow and steady, long-term straight betting profitability. If you see a Dimers Pro bet on an MLB over or under between a 5 and 7% edge, you know it's a consistent spot for the Dimers model.

Our top two edges of the day are both in Totals, including a play in A's vs. Orioles.

MLB Run Lines have been another profitable spot for the Dimers model early on. In a sample size of 50 bets, both on underdogs and favorites, we're seeing a positive return of 17.7% ROI early on this season, covering an edge range of 2% through 5%. The minimum threshold for a "best bet" to appear on Dimers is a 2% edge, so this signals that it doesn't take a big edge to return a profit.

We have two run lines featured today, one underdog and one favorite, with our favorite cashing in yesterday as well.

MLB Pitcher Props

We have predictions for five pitcher prop markets on Dimers - hits allowed, earned runs allowed, walks allowed, outs recorded and strikeouts thrown - with one of these featuring a Sweet Spot in Dimers Pro on Saturday.

Outs recorded features our largest sample size, a total of 121 bets with at least a 5% edge so far this season, returning a solid 9.9% ROI. These props span both overs and unders, with our MLB pitcher projections providing additional insight around precisely how our model projects a pitcher to perform.

Three of our top player prop edges in the Sweet Spot are in this market today, including one play on Janson Junk of the Marlins.

Pitcher strikeouts is another profitable market this season, with 44 bets returning a 16.9% ROI, with just one early bet featured in this market today. This is one of the smaller sample sizes for this year's Sweet Spots, but still profitable nonetheless in the early weeks.

MLB Hitter Props

We offer data on five markets with our MLB hitter projections on Dimers Pro - hits, RBI, home runs, stolen bases and total bases, with two markets for batters returning positive ROI this season appearing for Wednesday's slate.

To get a hit props are up to a solid 13.3% ROI across 42 bets with at least a 5% edge this season, an increase of 5.1% since last featured in Wednesday's article. Hit props often come with a good bit of juice; finding a prop with odds shorter than -150 or so in this market is no easy task, but the Dimers model makes that easy, and a positive season-long ROI shows that no matter the odds, the data is pointing to a profitable spot.

RBI props are our best market for batter props early on this season, returning a solid 19.8% ROI, one of the highest of any MLB Sweet Spot market, over 56 bets this season, a solid sample size.

These bets almost always range from odds of +225 to +300 or even longer, meaning a hit rate of just 1 out of every 3 would be enough to return a small profit, with our model currently exceeding that number early on, but these are likely to come with high variance and could see streaks of wins and losses due to the lower probabilities.

You can find a top RBI props in our Sweet Spots today, with a 31.6% probability and +240 odds on the same batter we like to get a hit in Blue Jays-Angels.
