The Polymarket promo code DIMERS has been supercharged for the biggest game of the college football season so far—No. 1 Ohio State at No. 4 Texas, 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC from Darrell K Royal–Texas Memorial Stadium. New users entering the code and depositing $10 receive a $50 bonus, for $60 in total trading funds live before kickoff.

Prediction markets have had this game on the board since May, and four months of trading has produced almost nothing in the way of a favourite. Texas is 54%. The spread is 51%. The total is 50%. There is not a single number on this board that a trader could call settled.
Tip: the code has to go in during registration. A Polymarket code cannot be added to an account that already exists.
Polymarket quotes game markets as a probability with the payout multiple attached. Here is the board ahead of the 7:30 p.m. ET kickoff:
| Market | Polymarket odds | Payout |
|---|---|---|
| Texas to win | 54% | 1.87x |
| Ohio State to win | 47% | 2.13x |
| Texas to win by over 1.5 points | 51% | — |
| Over 49.5 total points | 50% | — |
A spread at 51% and a total at exactly 50% is as close to a blank sheet as a major market gets. The one-and-a-half-point line is the tell: the market cannot separate these teams by more than a field goal's worth of doubt, so it has essentially reduced the spread to a question of who wins at all. Texas has drifted up two points this week and Ohio State down two, and that is the entire movement on a contract that has been trading since May.
Underneath, the segment markets have been moving hard in one direction:
| Segment | Ohio State | Tie | Texas |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wins 1st half | 51% ▼ 36 | 15% ▼ 19 | 55% ▼ 33 |
| Wins 1st quarter | 61% | 35% | 54% |
Every first-half contract has fallen at once—Ohio State by 36 points, Texas by 33, the tie by 19. When an entire segment group moves down together, traders have stopped pricing the shape of the game and started pricing only the result. Note that Yes and No sides trade as separate order books and are matched independently, so these related contracts will not sum to 100.
The first quarter tells a different story from the half: Ohio State leads it at 61% against Texas at 54%, with a 35% chance neither side is ahead after fifteen minutes. The market expects the visitors to start better and Texas to be the better team by the end—which is roughly what a 54% road-adjusted price on a top-five matchup should look like.
A defensive or special-teams touchdown is priced at 45%, paying 2.22x. That is ten points higher than the same contract on Friday's ACC game, and the highest such price on the weekend board.
Kalshi prices the same game in cents per side and publishes total volume. This market has taken $489,317, the largest college football board of the week by a wide margin.
| Market | Chance | Yes | No |
|---|---|---|---|
| Texas to win | 53% | 54¢ | 47¢ |
| Ohio State to win | 47% | 47¢ | 54¢ |
| Texas to win by over 1.5 points | 51% | 51¢ | 51¢ |
| Over 49.5 total points | 49% | 51¢ | 52¢ |
This is the rarest outcome on any board this week: the two exchanges have converged. Same spread number, same total number, same price on the spread, one point apart on the winner and one on the over. Half a million dollars of Kalshi volume and four months of Polymarket trading have arrived at the same answer, and the answer is that nobody knows.
Dimers' model does not break the tie either. It gives Texas 51.4% against Ohio State's 48.6%, with a projected margin of 1.5—the same line both exchanges are pricing at a coin flip. Three independent sources, one conclusion: this game is genuinely even, and the market price of 54% is if anything slightly ahead of where the model sits.

The usual argument for a bigger opening balance is that it lets you take more positions. On this board the argument is different, because there is no favourite to back and no edge to press. What a $60 balance buys here is the ability to be wrong once.
On a genuine coin flip, a single $10 position is settled by one bounce of the ball. A larger balance lets a trader take a view, watch the market reprice—and this board has moved 36 points on a single contract inside a week—and take a second view with the information the first one produced. The $50 from the Polymarket promo code DIMERS carries no minimum trading volume, so none of that requires grinding through a turnover requirement first, and positions can be sold back before settlement rather than held to the final whistle.

On a game this evenly matched the exit matters more than the entry. A sportsbook ticket on a 51% spread is decided at the final whistle and cannot be touched before then; an exchange position on the same number can be closed at halftime, at the two-minute warning, or the moment the price moves. Kalshi's promo code DIMERS offers the same mechanism under CFTC oversight, and its Kalshi referral code points to the same flat $25 match on a $25 deposit. DraftKings needs no code—the $200 attaches through an eligible link after a $5 qualifying bet.
No. DraftKings does not require a DraftKings promo code at registration, a persistent misconception. The $200 in bonuses attaches automatically when a new customer signs up through an eligible link and places a qualifying $5 bet, issued as $50 in bonus bets every seven days over 21 days. The offer ends 9/20/26. Polymarket is the opposite: the Polymarket promo code DIMERS must be entered at sign-up, or the $50 bonus is never granted.
DIMERS is the verified Polymarket promo code for new US users. Enter it in the promo/referral field at registration and deposit $10 to receive a $50 bonus, for $60 in total trading funds. It is verified and active as of September 12, 2026, for new Polymarket US accounts only, one per user.
The Polymarket promo code DIMERS returns a $50 bonus on a $10 deposit—the bonus alone is five times the deposit—for a $60 opening balance. It is credited as tradeable funds, works across every open market, and carries no minimum trading volume before it unlocks.
It means the market gives Texas a 51% chance of winning by more than a point and a half, which is barely distinguishable from a coin toss. Combined with a total sitting at exactly 50%, it tells you the market has no meaningful opinion on either the margin or the scoring, only a slight lean on who wins.
No. On most boards this week the two exchanges post different totals and price the same spread several points apart. Converging on the same numbers, as they have here, generally signals a market with enough volume and enough time that both order books have found the same answer.
Two exchanges, half a million dollars of volume, four months of trading and a model, all arriving at the same verdict: this one is a toss-up. New users entering the Polymarket promo code DIMERS deposit $10 and start with $60, enough to take a position in Austin and still have something live for Sunday. Every current prediction market and sportsbook offer is tracked in our Week 1 promo code guide.
