Best NFL player props for Sunday and Monday Night Football
The board above covers the full NFL slate, including the standalone night games. Any Thursday Night Football, Sunday Night Football, or Monday Night Football prop that clears our value threshold appears alongside the Sunday props, with its edge and probability.
Night-game props can be worth checking again close to kickoff. Inactives are confirmed around 90 minutes before the game, and sportsbook lines can move as that information reaches the market.

Today's best NFL player props
Every round of the NFL features hundreds of player props. There's no shortage of passing, rushing, receiving, and touchdown markets. Finding one to bet is a breeze. Finding one where the price offers value is harder.
That's what our NFL player props does differently. We look for the price. Using data modeling and simulation, we project each player's performance, work out how often that clears the odds, and then compare our probability with the probability baked into the price.
When our number sits meaningfully higher, the prop becomes a candidate for our best NFL props. That gap is the edge, so you can clearly see exactly how much value a bet offers.
Our NFL player props update through the week as new information lands. Inactives, practice reports, depth-chart changes, and sportsbook line movement all feed back into the projections and can change what qualifies.
No player prop is guaranteed to win. One catch, one goal-line carry, or one early blowout can settle a prop regardless of how the numbers looked beforehand. The point is to bet props where the price is in your favor often enough to matter across a season.
What are NFL player props?
An NFL player prop is a bet on how an individual player will perform in a game. Instead of betting on the winner, point spread, or total score, you're betting on a specific outcome or statistic for that player.
Common NFL player props include:
- Passing yards, completions, attempts, and passing touchdowns (quarterbacks).
- Rushing yards and rushing attempts (running backs, quarterbacks, and other rushers).
- Receptions and receiving yards (wide receivers, tight ends, and running backs).
- Anytime, first, and multiple touchdown scorers (eligible offensive players and defenses/special teams).
Most player props are offered as over/under bets. For example, a sportsbook might set a quarterback's passing yards at 245.5. You can bet the over if you think he'll finish with 246 or more, or the under if you think he'll finish with 245 or fewer. Touchdown scorer props work differently: you’re simply betting whether a player scores, with the odds reflecting the sportsbook's assessment of how likely that is.
One thing that makes player props different from game bets is how much they depend on the game script. A team that falls behind by three scores is likely to throw more and run less, which can boost passing and receiving opportunities while cutting into rushing volume. That's why our projections account for the expected game script when estimating how a player is likely to perform.

What NFL prop markets does Dimers cover?
Our NFL player props model covers 12 markets across four categories:
- Passing: Passing yards, completions, attempts, and touchdowns
- Rushing: Rushing yards and attempts
- Receiving: Receptions and receiving yards
- Touchdowns: Anytime, first, 2+ and 3+ touchdown scorers
The props available for a given player depend on the matchup and sportsbook. We only show a market when we have enough information to build a meaningful projection and a sportsbook is offering the prop.
Want to combine several props into one ticket? Our NFL Parlay Picker builds multi-leg parlays and shows the odds and projected chance of the full parlay.
How Dimers finds the best NFL player props
A prop is only worth betting if you have a number to compare the price against. Building that number is where most of the work happens.
- Market-specific models: We model each of our prop markets separately, allowing the projections to account for the factors that matter most to each type of bet.
- Multiple models, combined: We use multiple models within each market and combine their predictions into a single projection. This helps produce a more robust estimate than relying on any one model alone.
- Player and game context: The projections consider player usage, recent and historical performance, injuries and availability, opponent strength, coaching tendencies, and the expected game environment. We also incorporate advanced metrics and play-by-play data.
- From projection to probability: We run simulations of the upcoming game to estimate how often a player finishes over or under the specific line being offered. That gives us the probability shown on the board.
- Probability meets price: We compare our projected probability with the probability implied by the sportsbook's odds. When our number is higher, the difference is the edge. Props that clear our value threshold make the board.
- Updated throughout the week: Projections change as player availability, team news, game conditions, and sportsbook prices change. Our board updates accordingly.

Why trust our NFL player props model?
Our NFL player props model is built to give you a consistent way to compare player projections with the prices available at sportsbooks. Rather than relying on a single prediction or a general opinion about a player, we use market-specific projections to identify where the numbers may offer value.
The model covers 12 NFL player prop markets, with projections built around the factors that influence each market. Those projections are then compared with the actual lines and prices being offered, so the edge reflects a bet you can actually place.
The numbers also aren't static. NFL player props can change quickly as injuries, inactives, lineup news, game conditions, and sportsbook prices move. Our projections and board are updated throughout the week to reflect those changes.
No model gets individual player performances right every time. Player props are inherently high-variance bets, and even a strong projection can lose on any given play or game. The aim is not to predict every outcome correctly but to identify prices where the numbers are consistently in your favor over time.

Your Questions Answered
What are the best NFL player props today?
Today's best NFL player props are the ones where our projected probability sits meaningfully above what the sportsbook price implies. Everything currently clearing that bar appears on the board above, across passing, rushing, receiving, and touchdown markets, with the edge and probability shown for each.
What are the best NFL player props for Sunday?
Sunday is the biggest prop slate of the week, and every game on it is covered in our table above. The full board ranks the props where our projections sit furthest clear of the price, so you can work through the early window, the late window, and Sunday Night Football in one place.
What are the best MNF and TNF player props tonight?
Any Monday Night Football or Thursday Night Football prop clearing our value threshold sits on the board with the same edge percentage and probability as the rest of the slate. Standalone night games give the market the longest run at a number, so check the board close to kickoff rather than working off an edge you saw earlier in the week.
How does Dimers choose the best NFL player props?
Each prop market has its own model, built from expected usage, recent form and longer-term trends, the opponent, the expected result of the game, coaching tendencies, and advanced metrics from play-by-play data. We then run simulations of the player's performance to work out how often the outcome clears the best available sportsbook line. A prop becomes a Dimers Best Prop when that probability sits far enough above the probability implied by the odds to clear our value threshold.
What NFL player prop markets does Dimers cover?
Twelve markets across four categories: passing yards, passing completions, passing attempts, passing touchdowns, rushing yards, rushing attempts, receptions, receiving yards, anytime touchdown, first touchdown, 2+ touchdowns, and 3+ touchdowns. Which props are available on any given day depends on the player, the matchup, and what price a sportsbook or prediction market is offering.
What is an edge in NFL prop betting?
The edge is the gap between our probability for a prop and the probability implied by the sportsbook's odds or prediction market line. If our model gives a receiver a 58% chance to clear his receiving yards line and the price implies 52%, that six-point gap is the edge. A wider gap suggests the price has not fully accounted for how likely the outcome is.
Are NFL player props guaranteed to win?
No. A Dimers Best Prop flags a price that looks generous for the probability, not an outcome we expect with certainty. Props swing on single plays, and our simulations estimate probability rather than promise accuracy. Value shows up across a season of well-priced bets, not on any one of them.
Are Dimers' NFL player props free?
Three NFL player props are free to everyone, every day. Dimers Pro opens the full board, along with advanced filters and the complete player projection set behind the props.
How often are NFL player props updated?
Throughout the week, as new information comes in. Inactives, team news, depth chart changes, and sportsbook line movement all feed back into the projections and change which props qualify. The board picks those up as it refreshes rather than the second they happen.
Can I use NFL player props in parlays?
Yes, wherever your sportsbook allows it. Our NFL Parlay Picker builds multi-leg parlays and shows the combined odds and projected chance for the whole ticket.
What is the difference between an NFL prediction and a player prop?
A prediction is about the game: the projected moneyline, spread, and total. A player prop is about one player's output within it. Our NFL Predictions cover every game on the slate, and our NFL Best Bets page ranks the +EV plays on those game markets.
