Computer sports picks built on data, not vibes
Looking for sports picks is easy. Finding picks you can actually trust is harder. With thousands of games, markets, teams, and players to choose from, how do you know which picks are worth considering?
Dimers takes the guesswork out of the process with computer picks built from data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling. We don't do hunches, we crunch numbers. We analyze every matchup and market to calculate our own probabilities, then compare them with the best available odds.
From NFL and NBA to MLB, NHL, tennis, soccer, AFL, NRL, and more, our computer sports picks cover the games and markets bettors are looking at every day. Explore the board to see our picks, probabilities, and edges, then click into any matchup for the full prediction.
How to read our computer picks
Each card is one game, listed by start time with the soonest first. The headline is our pick for one market, and "Show picks" opens the rest: moneyline, spread, and over/under, or the closest match in sports like tennis.
Every pick carries three numbers:
- Probability: Our model's chance of the pick winning. A pick can sit under 50% and still carry a positive edge if the odds pay enough.
- Edge: The gap between our probability and the implied probability of the best available price. A positive edge means the price is in your favor. A negative edge means it isn't.
- Best odds: The best price we found for that market across the sportsbooks and prediction markets we track.
Some picks also carry a High Edge signal, which flags a strong pricing advantage against that book's number. Click any matchup for the full game prediction.
How our picks differ from Best Bets
This page gives you a pick on every market in every game. Our Best Bets board lists only bets with a clear positive edge, across every sport we cover.
Use this page when you already know the game you're watching and want our read on each market, edge or not. Use Best Bets when you want the board narrowed down to value. A pick with a negative edge is still our model's pick for that market. The current price isn't one we rate as value.
How we make our computer picks
Dimers calculates probabilities for each bet independently of the sportsbook line. Our likelihoods are based on machine learning modeling, which uses statistical analysis of team and player data matchup by matchup specific to each sport.
Once we have a probability, we compare it with the best price available. Every price converts to an implied probability: -110 implies 52.4%, -150 implies 60%, and +150 implies 40%. The edge is our probability minus that number. If our model has a pick at 55% and the best price is -110, the edge is 2.6%. At 50%, the same price gives an edge of -2.4%.
Odds move through the day, so the edge on a card can change before you bet. Check your sportsbook's price against the best odds shown before you decide.
Moneyline, spread, and over/under picks
Moneyline picks
A moneyline pick is on who wins outright. Favorites carry minus odds and return less than the stake, while underdogs carry plus odds and return more. Our probability is the chance that team or player wins. A -150 favorite needs to win 60% of the time to break even, so our probability has to clear 60% for the pick to show a positive edge.
Picks against the spread
A point spread pick is on the margin. The favorite has to win by more than the line, and the underdog covers by losing by less or winning outright. The same market runs as the run line in MLB, the puck line in the NHL, and game handicaps in tennis. Most spreads are priced near -110, which needs a 52.4% win rate to break even.
Over/under picks
An over/under pick is on the combined score against the total a sportsbook sets: points, runs, goals, or games in tennis. Our probability is the chance the final total lands on our side of that number. Totals are usually priced near -110 too, so 52.4% is the mark to clear.

Responsible gambling
A pick on every game means there is always another bet on the board. Set your limit before you start scrolling and stay inside it. Treat a losing bet as money spent rather than something to win back on the next game. A positive edge describes the price, and any single pick can lose. If betting stops being fun, our responsible gambling page has support and resources.
Your Questions Answered
What are today's sports picks?
Today's sports picks are the cards in the table above: our pick on the moneyline, spread, and over/under for every upcoming game across every sport we cover, sorted by start time. Each pick shows our probability, the edge against the best available price, and the best odds we found. Click any matchup for the full game prediction.
Are Dimers picks free?
One pick on this page is free each day, with the pick, probability, edge, and best odds showing. The rest of the board is for Dimers Pro members, along with every Best Bet and our High Edge, Sweet Spot, and Caution signals.
What are computer picks?
Computer picks are betting picks made by a statistical model rather than a handicapper's opinion. Ours come from machine learning models built for each sport, which turn team and player data into a probability for every market. Comparing that probability with the price gives the edge, so the reasoning behind each pick is there in numbers.
Why do some picks show a negative edge?
Because this page has a pick on every market, edge or not, and probability and edge measure different things. Probability is how often our model expects the pick to win. Edge compares that with the price. A pick at 57% priced at -150 shows an edge of -3%, because -150 implies 60%. A pick at 40% priced at +200 shows an edge of 6.7%, because +200 implies 33.3%. Bets with a clear positive edge make our Best Bets board.
Where are the NFL, NBA, and MLB picks?
Each sport's picks now sit on its predictions page, with our probabilities for every game on the slate. Go straight to NFL picks, NBA picks, or MLB picks, or use the list above for college football, college basketball, the NHL, tennis, and soccer. This page keeps every sport in one feed, sorted by start time.
How often are picks updated?
Picks are refreshed regularly throughout the day. Odds can move between that refresh and the moment you place a bet, so check your sportsbook's price against the best odds on the card first.
