I’ve written this Thrillaroo review to tell you all you need to know about one of the most interesting new gaming sites in the US. Well worth a look if you fancy a different way to play.
I’ll walk you through how Thrillaroo works as a subscription-based gaming site that features a ‘Win Win Guarantee’ that essentially covers your lifetime net losses. You’ll learn how to sign up, pick a subscription and play an epic selection of slots and keno games while having the benefit of a safety net underneath you.
Thrillaroo isn’t a standard online casino where you deposit your own cash and then use those funds to directly play games. Nor is it a sweepstakes casino like the one noted in my Dorados review where you play games with virtual currencies.
Instead, it’s a subscription-based gaming site where you sign up, buy a subscription covering anywhere between seven and 90 days. This will then allow you play the brand’s games in the following two modes:
Thrillaroo makes it simple to switch between the two gaming modes via its professionally-designed site. You can sign up here in just a minute or two, and there are simple tabs for purchasing the Thrill Tokens and browsing the various games. Note that you don’t need to download any software to play as all of the games are fully playable from your web browser.
A big part of Thrillaroo’s appeal is the fact that it offers a unique ‘Win Win Guarantee'. If you make any net losses over the course of your lifetime playing on the site, you will get your money refunded at the end of your subscription period.
Note that this doesn’t apply to each individual subscription period. So if you made $100 in returns one period, but then lost $50 the next, the Win Win Guarantee wouldn’t apply. Plus you only get refunded the money you spent on Thrill Tokens purchases, not the cost of your subscription.
You will have to buy a subscription in order to play at Thrillaroo. Here are the main subscription types currently available:
It’s probably best to start off with the shortest membership to get a taste of whether Thrillaroo is right for you, whereas you’re likely to find better value over the long-term by purchasing either the 30 or 90-day memberships.
Given that Thrillaroo is a subscription-based gaming site, it’s only fair that it features a different process of getting into the gaming action compared to the one noted in my Crown Coins Casino review. So here is a quick walkthrough guide for what you need to do:
Hit any of the links for Thrillaroo in the banners of this page to launch the gaming site from the browser of your computer, smartphone or tablet
Click on the ‘Sign Up’ tab in the site header
Select your residential state from the dropdown menu
Fill in the registration form with your email address
Create a secure password
Check the box to state that you accept the privacy policy
Submit your application and log into your account
Verify your identity by producing the required documentation
Purchase one of the subscriptions with one of the accepted payment methods
Select whether you want to play in the Chill or Thrill mode
If you choose the Chill Mode, you can simply tap on any game to launch it from your web browser and start playing for fun with your virtual currency.
However if you opted for the Thrill Mode, you will have to purchase some Thrill Tokens with the same payment method used for your subscription. From here you can use those Thrill Tokens to play any of the available games on the site.
Seeing as Thrillaroo is still a very new brand, it’s not surprising that it might not have quite the same range of games as what I found in my Stake.us review. Still, what you might not get in terms of table games like roulette and blackjack should be more than made up for by the quality of slots and keno games.
What’s interesting here is that these are all in-house exclusives that have been created by Thrillaroo itself. It’s a unique approach, but thankfully all of the games played great from my web browser, and it’s nice to see that they use random-number technology to ensure fair results.
Here are just a few examples of the games that you could soon be playing:
The latest addition to the slots roster featuring a kind of Mad Max-styled gaming action.
A classic fruit machine slot featuring 25 paylines and no less than four jackpots running from Mini and Minor to Major and Mega.
Just pick anywhere between three and 10 numbers from the grid and get big multipliers and even a bonus as a result.
One of the latest additions to the Members Only series of games. It features a fair amount of elves and warlocks, while those multipliers should keep you coming back for more.
It’s worth noting that Thrillaroo doesn’t have the standard kinds of promo offers like the one found in my MegaBonanza review. But what you do get is a seven-day trial that won't cost you a single dime. This will allow you to play all of the games at Thrillaroo so that you can see what the site is all about.
You can play in both gaming modes so that you can play for fun or purchase some Thrill Tokens to play the games in Thrill Mode. The cool thing is that the Win Win Guarantee applies here as well and you'll be able to access all of the cool other sections like the Community Hub without having to reach for your wallet.
The good news is that Thrillaroo is a brand you can trust as its games are verified for fair play by independent third-party auditors. Further, the brand's site is secured with SSL encryption to ensure that your data and payments stay safe.
There are plenty more trust features on the site including lengthy terms of use statements, a valid privacy policy and a robust verification procedure.
Plus it's good to find that there are various responsible play tools you can use to set a self-imposed play break from anywhere between one day and six months. Just note that Thrillaroo is currently only available in the states of California, New York, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, Idaho, and Tennessee.
I was glad to see the familiar logos of Visa, Mastercard and American Express in the site footer at Thrillaroo as this meant that I got a simple and safe way to purchase my subscriptions and buy Thrill Tokens.
Once you have managed to make some winnings you can request a withdrawal via ACH bank transfer and find that they are securely processed by Dwolla. Note that your Win Win Guarantee refunds will go back to your account wallet and from here you can make a separate withdrawal via an ACH bank transfer that could take anywhere between three and 10 business days to reach your account.
While customer service can be a bit of an afterthought at many gaming sites, I was glad to find that Thrillaroo offers friendly and professional support that’s available 24/7. This can be accessed by sending a message to the brand via email, and there’s also a handy FAQ on the site that’s well worth a closer look.
I’ve shown you that Thrillaroo definitely isn’t afraid to try something unique with its subscription–based gaming site. On the whole I think that it works, as you get a cost-effective way of playing some exclusive slots and keno games. You’ll also have the added Win Win Guarantee to give you a handy safety net for your lifetime net losses which are refunded back to you at the end of each subscription period.
Of course, there are some things to work on, like adding a mobile app and maybe a few more games, but this isn’t a major surprise considering it’s such a new brand. If this sounds like something you’d like to try, hit any of the links for Thrillaroo in the banners of this page to sign up, pick your subscription package and start playing.
Yes, you can find Thrillaroo on all of the usual social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok. There isn’t too much content on there at the moment, but that’s sure to change as the brand gets more established.
You will have to be at least 18 years old to sign up to Thrillaroo. So expect to have to verify your identity before you can start doing things like making withdrawals here.
Not yet, but there is every reason to believe that the brand will unveil some kind of app before too long. Thankfully, Thrillaroo has made sure that its site is fully mobile-optimized, meaning that you can use it from the browser of any modern iOS or Android device.
Not yet, but it is still a very young brand and therefore some kind of rewards program could be on its way. Until then, check out our Thrillaroo bonus guide to see what kinds of deals you can get right now.
Yes, but only if you play in the Thrill Mode. You’d buy a subscription and purchase some Thrill Tokens, you can then play the games and if you make some winnings with your Thrill Tokens, you can make a withdrawal as cash from your wallet.
