WNBA Props and Parlay Picks: Caitlin Clark leads three bets to make on Friday, July 31

The weekend WNBA betting slate tips off on Friday, July 31, and after cashing two more of last night's plus-money WNBA props, we are diving right back into tonight's best WNBA bets with our Dimers Pro insights.

Three bets to make in the WNBA on Friday, July 31

It's all plus-money tonight as we target three different markets: a combo prop, three-pointers and assists.

Bet: Kiki Iriafen to get a double double (+105 on FanDuel)

Game: Wings vs. Mystics

Time: 7:30 PM ET

Second-year Forward Kiki Iriafen is shining for the Mystics, averaging 15.0 points and 9.3 rebounds per game, both increases from her rookie season.

She's recorded three straight double-doubles and in 9 of her last 12 games. She's only scored in single digits four times this season: once back in May, an injury exit and then two games in which she played lower than average minutes and took her fewest shots in weeks.

In our WNBA Projections Hub, we have Iriafen for 16.8 points and 9.9 rebounds tonight, right in line with a double-double. She will face the Wings, who have the league's top rebounder in Jessica Shepard, but we attacked this matchup two days ago and cashed our boards even with Shepard pulling down 14, and the Wings have seen an opponent grab 10+ boards in 8 of their last 10.

Shepard projects for 10.5 boards tonight, under line of 11.5 and correlates with our play on Iriafen.

Bet: Awa Fam 2+ threes (+102 on FanDuel)

Game: Storm vs. Dream

Time: 7:30 PM ET

Next, we're going with our top overall probability prop of the night, rookie Awa Fam of the Storm to hit a pair of threes. Fam gets a probability of 67.0% to clear this line as our top-projected three-point shooter of the night.

Since she first hit back on June 10, Fam has hit this in 10 of 17 games, with her best performance coming against this same Atlanta Dream team on June 27 with a 5-6 night from deep. In their last meeting, Fam went 0-5. Split the difference tonight and we cash.

Minutes and volume won't be an issue for Fam, who has played 30+ minutes in seven straight and attempted 5+ three-pointers in 8 of her last 10, which lines up well in this matchup.

Atlanta has improved slightly, but are tied for the worst three-point defense in the league, allowing teams to shoot 36.9% from beyond the arc. Over their past 10 games, a whopping 23 starters have knocked down a pair of threes against them, not even counting players who have done so off the bench.

Bet: Caitlin Clark 10+ assists (+112 on FanDuel)

Game: Fever vs. Fire

Time: 10:00 PM ET

There's a lot of potential in this matchup, with plenty of explosive talent on the Fever side and neither team boasting a very convincing defense.

We have three players projected for 20 points on the Fever offense: Kelsey Mitchell, Aliyah Boston and Caitlin Clark.

Several players, Clark included, are listed as a game-time decision but probablye so we'll operate under the assumption that she starts as she has been lately, and back her for 10+ assists for the third time in her past five games. At 9.3, she projects for the most in of the entire slate and draws a favorable edge to go over this number per our best WNBA props, which signals this bet with a "Sweet Spot" tag, returning positive ROI in this market this season.

If Boston and Mitchell are going to put up points against a Portland team that allows the most assists per game at 23.4, nearly 0.3 assists per possession and ranks 13th in assist/turnover ratio.
