49ers-Rams prop bet trends: Stafford, Parkinson and Juszczyk each carry a perfect streak into the historic Melbourne opener. See the numbers.

49ers vs. Rams player trends for Week 1 in Melbourne, Australia.
Dimers’ model unearthed 3 major Week 1 trends before the Rams and 49ers face off in Melbourne.

Mack Hollins did it again Wednesday night. The Patriots receiver, who entered the 2026 opener on an eight-game streak of clearing 9.5 receiving yards, hit that number in the first quarter and finished with 51 yards. The trend held, and it is a reminder of why these streaks matter heading into Thursday Night Football.

Tonight brings a different kind of history. The San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams meet at the Melbourne Cricket Ground for the first regular season NFL game ever played in Australia, an NFC West rivalry game streaming on Netflix with an 8:35pm (ET) kickoff.

The two teams are handling the trip very differently: San Francisco flew out more than a week early to adjust to the time change, while the Rams' travel schedule had them departing barely 24 hours before kickoff. Before that opening snap, three NFL trends stand out, each backed by a matching entry from our NFL player projections.

Read on for the Dimers Pro analysis of tonight's NFL matchup from Down Under.

Matthew Stafford keeps airing it out

Stafford has topped 34.5 passing attempts in five of his last five appearances, a perfect trend that carries a five-star rating and a price of -108 at DraftKings Sportsbook to go Over that number again. Dimers projects him for 22.8 completions and 273.8 passing yards, with 20.3 fantasy points in PPR formats, all of it pointing toward another high-volume night for the Rams offense. He also carries scoring equity of his own, with a 4.2% chance of finding the end zone at least once.

Colby Parkinson is automatic underneath

Few streaks in this matchup are as clean as Parkinson's. The Rams TE has cleared 19.5 receiving yards in 10 straight appearances, a perfect 10 for 10 that earns five stars and is priced at -110 for the Over. Dimers projects him for 24.4 receiving yards on 2.4 catches, comfortably above the number he needs, and gives him an 18.2% shot at a touchdown, the highest scoring probability of the three players in this piece.

Kyle Juszczyk's floor never moves

San Francisco's fullback is the definition of a low-ceiling, high-floor prop. Juszczyk has gone over 4.5 receiving yards in nine of his last nine appearances, a streak DraftKings Sportsbook has priced at -121 for the Over. Dimers projects him for 9.1 receiving yards on 1.1 catches, more than double his number, and gives him a 7.7% chance to score, modest, but real for a player who rarely touches the ball more than once or twice a game.

Dimers' bottom line

None of these three names will headline the broadcast from Melbourne. Stafford will get attention for the passing numbers, but Parkinson and Juszczyk are the kind of role players who quietly clear their marks while the story is written elsewhere, the same pattern that played out with Hollins a night earlier.

On a historic night for the NFL in Australia, the safest numbers on the board might again belong to the players nobody is talking about.
