The final two weeks of the PGA TOUR regular season are here - see who can make a move in the FedExCup standings before playoffs.

Golf predictions and picks at the Rocket Classic, FedExCup Fall
Who can make a last-minute push for the FedExCup playoffs?

The PGA TOUR regular season winds down as the race for the FedExCup Playoffs heats up. With just two weeks left of golf betting action before the fall events take over Dimers' golf predictions, this week's Rocket Classic becomes a battleground for the golfers sitting outside the Top 70 in FedExCup points.

That gives us a prime opportunity to look at which golfers need to make a move, and get the best chance to do so via our predictions for placement markets like Top 20, Top 10 and Top 5.

Placement markets are one of the most underrated ways to build a golf parlay, as the margin for error in a placement prop is wider than chasing a winner.

Dimers' golf predictions run thousands of simulations across the full tournament, giving us projected placement data for every player in the field, helping pinpoint who stands out among the rest.

Which golfers can make the FedExCup playoffs?

A win at either of the next two events bags 500 FedExCup points, which means a win could launch a golfer from well outside the ranks into the fall events. But the points tail off significantly after that, which means if you're not already in striking distance, it's a big hill to climb.

While golfers inside the Top 70 could slip out and golfers well down the standings could make a surprise move, for the purposes of this article, we're looking at golfers within 150 points of the Top 70. Those further out will need multiple Top 20 finishes or better over the final two weeks to crack the Top 70, a tall ask for even some of the best in the field.

Currently, Jackson Koivun sits 70th with 535 FedExCup Points after his win last week at the 3M Open. Golfers who are absent from this event are listed as "N/A" in the final column.

Bet these golfers on "bubble watch" at the 2026 Rocket Classic

Below are the golfers most likely to finish Top 20 out of those "on the bubble."

These picks come directly from the Dimers golf predictions, which offer Top 20, Top 10, Top 5 and outright winner predictions for every PGA tournament, as well as a Head-to-Head matchup tool.

Keegan Bradley to finish Top 20

Current FedExCup standing: 76th

Keegan Bradley enters the Rocket Classic sitting 76th in the FedExCup standings, meaning he needs to jump at least six spots to punch his ticket to the FedEx St. Jude Championship in Memphis.

With a Dimers-projected 30.6% chance of a Top 20 finish, the best of the bubble group, Bradley has a real shot at climbing clear of the cutoff line rather than simply sneaking in

He's our 16th-highest projected golfer of the weekend, putting him well in play for a Top 10 or better, though he has to finish that high this season.

Mac Meissner to finish Top 20

Current FedExCup standing: 72nd

Mac Meissner currently sits 72nd, just two spots outside the cutoff, meaning a better-than-average finish should be enough for him to climb into the Top 70.

His 24.1% probability of a Top 20 finish is the second-highest among this group, giving him a legitimate path to leapfrog the handful of players directly above him, and he gets a little value if you can find him at odds of +305 or better.

A T15-T20 finish could be enough to flip his season from a missed playoff berth to safely into the standings, and he'll be looking to lock that in before next weekend.

Perhaps notable is that he's finished Top 10 in four of his five Top 20s this year, hinting at playing his ceiling rather than his floor.

Denny McCarthy to finish Top 20

Current FedExCup standing: 81st

Denny McCarthy is 81st in points, putting him further back than Bradley or Meissner and requiring a bigger climb to reach the Top 70.

His 22.0% Top 20 probability suggests he's still a threat but will likely need something closer to a Top 10 or better to fully overcome the points gap, a feat he's achieved just once this year due to a litany of issues off the tee.

McCarthy's history as a strong putter works in his favor at Detroit Golf Club, where the revamped greens are expected to be a pivot point for many in this field.

Christiaan Bezuidenhout to finish Top 20

Current FedExCup standing: 91st

Christiaan Bezuidenhout is well on the outside looking in at 91st.

His 21.2% Top 20 chance keeps him in the conversation, but realistically he'll need a special week, likely a Top 5 finish, to make the leap from 91st into the Top 70 realistic at next week's Wyndham Championship, as the 110 points for a Top 5 finish would still put him outside the Top 70 after this weekend.

He gets some Dimers model value this week, putting him very much on our radar. Despite his issues off the tee, he excels on and around the greens and is one of the better pure scorers in the field.

Still, whether he climbs all the way or not, he holds an edge to make a run this week in Detroit.

Davis Thompson to finish Top 20

Current FedExCup standing: 93rd

Davis Thompson rounds out the group at 93rd, the furthest back of anyone here, and carries the lowest Top 20 probability at 18.7%.

Like Bezuidenhout, a Top 20 finish alone won't be enough; Thompson would need to contend for the title outright, to have a realistic chance of climbing roughly 25 spots over the final two events.

Still, three Top 10s to his name this year, including last week, show that he's capable and he might be starting a run at the perfect time.
